Hi, Im Marc and I am the Promotions Director for Oxford. I am also the graphic artist for the lapel pin side of the company. I started ballooning in 1987 for a local balloon here in Louisville. I have been working for Oxford since 1988. We have traveled to over 36 different international festivals in 12 countries on 5 continents flying our special shape balloons. When we are on location, I am the crew chief for all our balloons.
