Oxford Promotions Ltd. is a hot air balloon company specializing in special shape balloons. We fly our special shape balloons all around the world at international ballooning events advertising for major sponsors. We also do a lot of events here in the states. Frank Prell is the owner, creator & chief pilot for all the balloons.  Marc Howard is the Promotions Director and Crew Chief for all the balloons. He also designs all the balloon pins manufactured by Oxford.

We also own and fly the Oceanic balloon. This balloon was used in the Walt Disney production of "High Flying Lowe" in 1971. The registration number is N-3MM, which stands for Mickey Mouse.
